My book is missing more than 30 pages?? ...

My book is missing more than 30 pages?? A whole chapter is missing? It goes from page 114 (chapter 5) to page 147 (chapter 7). Completely ridiculous. When someone buys a book they expect to have all the pages, that's what we're paying for. I happened to tell my professor about my dilemma and she had nothing good to say about this book. I returned my book but need to purchase it again as I'm now a tutor for the class and need a book with all the pages. Hopefully the second one has everything. Very inconvenient and bothersome to have to figure out how to study a missing chapter in the middle of a quarter.

Superior graphics

Just finished my Kinesiology course, we used the F A Davis book Kinesiology In Action. Great book short, concise, to the point however as good as their graphics were, Essentials of Kinesiology were superior. Since I consider this an skill which I want a certain level of mastery. This book will be read and reread for it's great presentation of t essentials.

Superb book. Well written and easily understood. I couldn't get the online resources to work, probably due to a setting on my computer, but I really didn't have the time to work with the online material. But, because the book is so well written, I didn't need it. Got an A in my class.

I got the books however your picture above shows the first printing. I got a cheaper version of a reprint. Some sites I visited showed the reprinted version. I selected your site thinking I would get the earlier version. I had some but not all of the first printing. Wanted to fill in the missing books. Try some place else next time where you can actually go and pick it off of a shelf. First and last on-line order!

Also since the order I have got nothing but junk mail from sites I could give a crap about. Time to change the ole email address again!!

Pretty good

I like this series because it is unique. Usually when there is paranormal involved a person may be one part human, but they are usually only one part something else and normally they have only one mate. As for this story she is a mixture with three different types of men. I wish the sex scenes were steamy, but they are very mild. In addition, the story is show moving and it is so short you only get a glimpse of the story each time. At least in my opinion. I will probably buy the next book in the series because I want to know what happens, my curiosity is piqued. However, of the author does not "pick up" the pace nor provide more depth to the story, I would not recommend spending your money on this series. If you do, I am sure you will continue to buy the series because you hate not knowing what is gOing to happen next regardless how "good" the book is. Again, the premise of the book is great and the characters are perfect. It is just the way that the story is told that it suffers stars.

I enjoyed reading the first book and had high hopes for the second part. I love Benny, she's funny and kick ass what isn't there to like. This was a short read, something I could've finish within a day but I struggled with this one and completed in 2 days instead. Unlike the first one, it was full of action because Benny was just starting with XIA, this second part didn't have that. When it came to some action it just wasn't there, it could've finish with a bang but I think there's should've been more.

From the last book, Benny was just starting out with XIA going out on assignments with her 3 other agents, Smith (Shifter), Argyle (Vampire) and Treble (Fey). There were a serious of murders of the paranormal and turned out her great great great grandfather Yomra was behind it. In this book, Benny and the guys have a few weeks off from assignments. She gets a call that her parents have now been kidnapped by Yomra. There's a lot of jibberish about magic spells and what she needs to do to get her parents back, turns out she didn't have to do much. In the mix, she decided to take all three agents as her mates, it just happens out of the blue. The guys were fond of her in the first book but it wasn't made obvious. I guess if you want the end to the first book, this is it. Okay read, but not something I would go back and re-read.

I really hate these series books with part one part two etc, I think these books are a disgrace to the old novels. Now you pay almost 19 dollars for a complete book that was written in sections. I really wish the writers will stop being so greedy and remember that fans are people that truly love reading. Unfortunately because this writer wants to make a buck and sell one book in three sections the second part of the series is lacking depth . The first book had me wanting to buy the second part as it was written very well with an interesting storyline. The last book unfortunately is to expensive for me to take a chance on especially because of the poor second part

He earned his B.S. in Chemistry from Wheaton College (IL), and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois.

This is probably a very good book but

It was not for my child. This is probably a very good book but, it goes far beyond 10th grade chemistry.

best author for Chemistry honor or AP Chemistry

Extremely helpful to prepare my daughter for the high school Chemistry honor and AP Chemistry honor course. Zumdahl explains very detail, but also easy for students to understand. this AP Edition goes very well with the study guide.
