The stories were interesting when you could actually make sense of the terrible editing! Misspelled words, horrible use of punctuation and almost every pronoun is wrong! I was amazed at the amount of typographical errors, words left out, extra words put in and the constant mistakes made repeatedly and all out of context. Apparently, this book was published without any proofreading of any kind!

About the Author
Wayne K. Hoy, former chair of the department of educational administration, associate dean of academic affairs, and distinguished professor at Rutgers University, is now the Novice Fawcett Chair in Educational Administration at The Ohio State University. Professor Hoy received his B. A. from Lock Haven State College in 1959 and his D. Ed. from The Pennsylvania State University in 1965. His primary research interests are theory and research in administration, the sociology of organizations, and the social psychology of administration. In 1973, he received the Lindback Foundation Award for Distinguished Teaching from Rutgers University; in 1987, he was given the Alumni Award for Professional Research from the Graduate School of Education; in 1991, he received the Excellence in Education Award from The Pennsylvania State University; and in 1992, he was given the Meritorious Research Award from the Eastern Educational Research Association. He is past secretary-treasurer of the National Conference of Professors of Educational Administration (NCPEA) and is past president of the University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA). He currently serves on the editorial boards of the Educational Administration Quarterly, Journal of Educational Administration, the McGill Journal of Education, and the Journal of Research and Development in Education. Professor Hoy is coauthor with Professors D. J. Willower and T. L. Eidell of The School and Pupil Control Ideology (1967), with Patrick Forsyth of Effective Supervision: Theory into Practice (1986), and with John Tarter and Robert Kottkamp, Open Schools-Healthy Schools: Measuring Organizational Climate (1991). He has been described by the Australian Institute of Educational Administration as one of "the world's most widely read authors in the field of Educational Administration." Professor Hoy has written more than a hundred books, articles, chapters, and papers. His most recent books are Administrators Solving the Problems of Practice, (Allyn & Bacon, 1995) with C. J. Tarter; The Road to Open and Healthy Schools (Corwin, 1997) with C. J. Tarter; Quality Middle Schools (Corwin, 1998) with Dennis Sabo.

Since October 1988, Cecil G. Miskel has been dean of and a professor in the School of Education at the University of Michigan. He served the University of Utah as a professor and chairperson of the Department of Educational Administration from 1982 to 1983 and dean of the Graduate School of Education from 1983 to 1988. He holds a doctor of education degree from Oklahoma State University. In addition, to being a co-author of the five editions of Education Administration, he has published widely in a variety of scholarly journals.

Wonderful comprehensive text for anyone teaching a course in organizational theory or educational administration. Easy to read, great for grad students who are studying for comprehensive exams in educational leadership or educational administration. Hoy and Miskel have created a wonderfully thorough 8th edition that incorporates current research, Seminole works, and clear definitions to help anyone understand the field better. Also, Hoy's website offers many incredible tools to assist instructors and students with research instruments, powerpoints, articles, quizzes, and even a cookbook!

They must somehow unravel the plot before election day--because if they fail, the new president will issue an executive order on day one to eliminate all threats--including John Provo and his new best friend.

About the Author
After writing a few short plays, Robert wrote a full-length, comedy screen play that made the finals in a national writers competition. Then in 2006, he began writing his first novel, BICYCLE SHOP MURDER, posting each chapter on his blog as he wrote it. He continued to write and post three more books, which made up his four-book GREG TENORLY SUSPENSE SERIES.

Since then, Robert has written three mystery books (SWEET GINGER POISON, GINGER DEAD HOUSE, and REBECCA RANGHORN - TEXAS P.I.) and a YA Romantic Suspense Fantasy, DREAM TUNNEL. DEADLY COMMITMENT is his first thriller.

Robert worked in the music field for many years and then after going back to college, became a software engineer, developing applications for the Mission Control Center at Johnson Space Center in Houston for fourteen years before taking an early retirement to write fiction full-time.

He earned a Bachelor of Music degree and a B.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Lamar University, and did graduate music work at University of North Texas. He loves spending time with family, playing guitar, yoga, and watching movies. He has three children, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He and his wife live near Houston, Texas.

Who done it?!

Great read.one of those "I couldn't put it Down book's. Fast paced that just got faster with every page.you get a glimpse of the real plot from time to time but the end is a real kicker. Enjoy!##

The Awesomeness!

Deadly Commitment was an awesome book! I love the main character, John Provo. This book has everything that will keep your eyes glued to the pages and awaiting more once it's over. I received a free copy of Deadly Commitment from Robert Burton Robinson and I would like to thank him so much for the copy and his incredible work. I look forward to reading more of Robinson's work (particularly the John Provo series). There was not one dull moment that I can recall. Anyone that enjoys a fast paced, action novel with scandals and shocks (believe me, this church had secrets!) will quickly COMMIT to this novel.

Deadly Copmmitment kept my attention and I kept picking it up to see what happened next.
It is only fiction and should be taken that large Christian ministeries are in any way close to being
like the one in the book.

This book has been an eye opener for me, thoroughly researched and succinctly written.
I felt and visualized how some countries would shape up twenty years from now. And how the super powers, who are currently ruling the world, so to speak, may start to decline, if people at the helm do not act in time.
With great clarity, I can now understand why an aging population is not a good idea, and why immigration is vital for certain countries.
I would strongly recommend this book to all the world leaders who make important decisions, which inevitably have repercussions lasting for decades. Also this book is a must in all the business schools of the world.
For the young generation (those who are interested in economic & politics)...I highly recommend it.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, again this could lead them in the right direction, and guide them where opportunities and emerging markets would exist in the future.
